Support is there for physical graphic tee orders, Roblox avatar pack downloads, sizing questions, returns and product issues. Clear details make it much easier to solve the problem without back-and-forth.
Orders
Include order number, product name, size, colour and order email.
Returns
Explain the issue and attach photos if the item is faulty or incorrect.
Downloads
For Roblox packs, include the product name and describe the file issue.
What to include in your message
For order support, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. For delivery questions, say when the order was placed. For damaged items, include photos of the packaging, product and print area. For sizing questions, include the product you are looking at and how you prefer your tees to fit.
For Roblox products, include the pack name and whether the issue is with the download, texture file, instructions or upload process.
