Once an order is confirmed, the product moves through production, quality checking and dispatch. The exact production time can vary during busy periods, but the aim is always to get your order moving quickly and keep the process straightforward.

Digital Roblox products
Roblox avatar packs are digital download products. They do not require physical shipping. After purchase, the pack is prepared as a downloadable file containing the Roblox-ready texture assets and instructions needed to use the design.

Tracking and help
If tracking is available for your order, use the link supplied in the order email. If no tracking is available, the order can still be moving normally through production and delivery.
