Returns Policy

blok.Design returns are handled with a practical goal: solve genuine order issues quickly, keep the process clear, and make sure customers know what to do next.

blok.Design returns before you send anything back

Please contact blok.Design before returning an item. This helps confirm the order, check the reason for return and avoid parcels being sent to the wrong place. Include your order number, the product name and a clear photo if the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty.

UK online customers have cancellation rights for many distance purchases. GOV.UK explains that online customers usually have a limited time to cancel and return items, with different rules for faulty goods and some customised products. You can read the official guidance on accepting returns and giving refunds.

2. Wait for reply

The team confirms the next step and return details where needed.

3. Resolution

Eligible orders are resolved with a refund, replacement or other support.

How to request a return

Go to the contact page and send a message with the subject line RETURNS. Add the order number, product name, size, colour and reason for the request. If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos so the issue can be checked quickly.

Do not return items without a reply from support. Print-on-demand products can have different handling requirements, and digital products are handled separately from physical products.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact support as soon as possible. The team will review the details and advise whether a replacement, refund or another fix is the right route.

To make this faster, photograph the full product, the print area, the packaging and any visible fault. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Digital Roblox downloads

Roblox avatar packs are digital products. Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, returns can be more limited than a physical garment. If the file is missing, corrupt, incomplete or not matching the listing, contact support and the pack will be checked.
